HOW TO SUPPORT US
WHAT WE DO
We create, lead and support running fitness groups for women who may be vulnerable to homelessness through a volunteer-led programme, working to identify and remove any barriers and provide all the appropriate clothing, including shoes and sports bras.
We work hard to attract funding for our work, whilst trying to be as self-sufficient as possible.

In the past, we have relied heavily upon donations of suitable clothing and footwear for our female participants to wear when they participate in our sessions as well as exercise in their own time.
However, thanks to the generosity of our supporters, we currently have more donated kit than we can make use of and do not have the resources to receive, sort and store any more until we launch additional running groups.
For this reason, we are not accepting clothing donations at this time (with the exception of brand new pairs of trainers, which are always in short supply).
Too much kit: it's a nice problem to have! We will update these pages when this situation changes and meanwhile, we'd like to thank everyone who has helped us by thinking of us for their surplus running kit.
